Hi everyone, our garden was a terrible horrible place, but it's almost finished and ready for planting now. What I'd like is some ideas on what to plant. It has to be low maintenance, bee friendly and of course all year round colour. We have 3 main places for flowers/bushes and then 2 sleeper lined vegetable patches which I'm hoping to use.
I am a total novice so any advice on what to plant in the first year to teach yourself things would be a huge asset
You could try lavender for some colour and bees love them. They are low maintenance, just need pruning once they have finished flowering.Rosemary is low maintenance too & evergreen, doubles up as a herb.
