These terms and conditions explain how you can collect nectar points on the Get into Gardening website

1. To participate in the Get into Gardening nectar reward scheme you must be signed up to the Get into Gardening website and have a valid registered nectar card.
2. All participants of the nectar scheme must agree to the terms and conditions of the Nectar scheme  http://www.nectar.com/help/collectorRules.nectar.
3. To register for the Get into Gardening Nectar scheme go to www.getintogardening.co.uk
4. The scheme is operated by Homebase Limited, 489-499 Avebury Boulevard, Saxon Gate West, Milton Keynes MK9 2NW.
5. Participants must be resident in the UK.
6. Nectar points can be collected by contributing to the Get into Gardening website in accordance with the following rules:

Create a public blog post (new news)  50 nectar points

Post a comment 5 nectar points

Create a forum discussion 10 nectar points

Post/reply to a forum comment 5 nectar points

Create a personal blog post (new news) 50 nectar points

Upload a photo 5 nectar points

Upload a video 10  nectar points

Post a review 25 nectar points

Comment on a review 5 nectar points

Post a comment on site content 5 nectar points

Rate the site content 2 nectar points

Recommend the site 25 nectar points

Answer a poll 2 nectar points

1. Nectar points collected from contributing to the Get into Gardening website will be shown on the users personal page when you log in on the Get into Gardening website.
2. The total nectar points are capped at 1000 nectar points per month  per user to limit abuse of Get Into Gardening.
3. Nectar points collected cannot be used to purchase goods over the phone or via the Homebase website. Points are redeemable in UK stores only.  Nectar points can not be redeemed on items with a Trade Card, Crocus, Homebase Spare, items from concession stores within Homebase, or when hiring items from the hire station. Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any Nectar promotion or discount rate, unless otherwise stated.
4. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the scheme: (i) employees of any business involved or associated with the Get into Gardening website (including Home Retail Group) and any other agent representative of Home Retail Group) and (ii) any such person's family or household members.
5. Any information submitted by you must be personal to and relate specifically to you. You warrant and confirm that the information which you submit and/ or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, proprietary or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. To the fullest extent permitted by the law, Home Retail Group Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for any claims by any third party that arise as a result of submission of information to the Get into Gardening website.
6. By submitting a contribution to the Get into Gardening website, you grant Home Retail Group Ltd. the right to publish and exhibit your contribution (comment, photo, video). You will retain the copyright in your contribution, however in consideration of their providing the website, you grant a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to Home Retail Group Ltd. (including publishers authorised by Home Retail Group) to use the contribution for marketing and advertising purposes including publishing and exhibiting your contribution on websites or in any other on or offline media. No fees will be payable for any of the above uses.
7. No responsibility is accepted by Home Retail Group Ltd. or its agent for website contributions incompletely or incorrectly completed or not received for whatever reason. Neither Home Retail Group Ltd. nor any appointed agent will accept responsibility for any technical or other error that might arise whilst submitting a contribution, nor for the failure to store any image.
8. Any personal data relating to contributors will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party outside of Home Retail Group Ltd. without the individual's prior consent.
9. Home Retail Group Ltd. reserves the right to verify the content of all website contributions.
10. In the event of any dispute regarding a website contribution and the related award of Nectar points, the decision of Home Retail Group Ltd.is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. Home Retail Group Ltd. reserves the right to remove any contribution if it has reasonable grounds to believe the contributor has breached any of these terms and conditions.
11. Home Retail Group Ltd. may withdraw this Get into Gardening Nectar reward scheme where necessary if circumstances arise that are beyond its control at any time without notice.
12. English law governs these terms and conditions and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in relation to these terms and conditions.
